Clams – Chicago
We are very excited to announce a large and stellar cast for The Clams 2015 invasion of the midwest! We will be adding more bio information soon but without further adieu:
- Tom Pandaleon – Lead Guitar
“Guitar Tom” comes to The Clams with a tremendous musical pedigree. A well respected guitar teacher in Chicago’s NorthWest Suburbs, Tom honed his musical chops at Bard College with the founding members of Steely Dan (ok, perhaps Tom was there a little later than the Dan…)
Check out Tom on guitartom.net!
- Artie Scheer – Bass Guitar
Artie is an old school veteran of the Chicago music scene, and is another new addition to this year’s Clams lineup. The early returns are in and Artie will be the glue that holds The Clams together this time around.
Mark Hebert – Keyboards
A warm welcome to our newest member, Mark has been brought in to play the Keys but is a jack-of-all-trades musician who very well may be blowing the trombone before the night is over. Best last minute replacement ever!

- Rick Martinez – Vocals and Percussion
- A longtime veteran Clam, it is hard to imagine doing a show in Chicago without him! Check Rick out as the lead singer of local Chicago band Blue Line as well as the bass player for killer ZZ Top cover band Rough Boyzz.
- John Cannon – Saxophone
- We are awaiting some more info on john, but what we can tell you for certain is that the man can blow the saxophone!
and the Jumpstreet Horns will be joining us!
- Terry Bernett – Saxophone
A seasoned veteran of the Chicago music scene, Terry Bernett has performed every genre from orchestral to jazz, blues and rock. Terry has performed with Chicago area powerhouse bands Reverend T and the Soul Shakers, The Mosquitos, Funk du Jour, Hitlist Rock & Soul Review, Three Finger Pour, The Moon-Rays, Tropical Espionage, Atomic Martinis, and Local 847. In addition, Terry adds movie soundtrack recording and being a founding member of the Des Plaines Community Concert band to his credits.
Jim Barsanti – Trombone
Jim is a founding member of the Jumpstreet horns, who are equally comfortable playing Soul, R&B, Blues, Ska Punk, Ska & Rock!
More info coming soon!
Bill is another founding member of the Jumpstreet horns – together they add a vital dimension to The Clams that will allow for a very exciting set of tunes that we have previously been unable to take on.
More info coming soon!
